Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
• Extensive people management experience of a large and diverse workforce.
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of financial performance by driving sales and tracking targets.
• Manage all operational activities including expenses and stock management.
• Ensure competent and motivated employees through effective selection and management.
