This role requires 5+ years in store management within retail/FMCG, strong people management, and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will drive customer loyalty initiatives and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring efficient store operations aligned with company values.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a store management role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
• Extensive people management experience of a large and diverse workforce.
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss statements, financial ratios, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure achievement of financial performance by driving sales and tracking targets.
• Manage all operational activities including expenses and stock management.
• Ensure competent and motivated employees through effective selection and management.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
