Job summary

Mr Price Group Careers is seeking a Store Manager for Power Fashion at President Square, Vaal, Gauteng. The role leads a team to maximize store turnover, maintain stock loss benchmarks, and manage store administration in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales, control expenses, and ensure adherence to stock policies while developing staff and upholding company standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12; Mathematics an advantage.
• 2 years' experience in Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager in a similar retail environment.
• Excellent business English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to maximize store sales/turnover.
• Maintain stock loss benchmarks and manage store administration.
• Manage stock and control expenses to meet business targets.
• Achieve/exceed targets set for the store.
• Utilize store resources to maintain productivity.
• Maintain knowledge of stock and store policies and procedures.
• Be custodian of company policies and standards.
• Train and manage staff; foster respectful, professional culture.
• Ensure interactions with customers deliver above-average service; monitor store cleanliness and hygiene in line with laws and company standards.
