Job summary

Mr Price Group is seeking a Store Manager for Power Fashion at JHB Market Street to lead a team of passionate associates, maximise sales, and uphold stock loss controls. You will manage stock, control expenses, train staff, maintain store standards, and ensure top-tier customer service and compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates will have Matric/Grade 12, 2 years of retail store management experience, and excellent business English.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12, with English fluency.
• 2 years’ experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Excellent business English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to maximise store sales and loyalty.
• Manage stock and control expenses to meet business targets.
• Achieve and/or exceed the targets set out for the store.
• Use store resources to maintain productivity and performance.
• Custodian of company policies; ensure standards are met.
• Train and develop staff; maintain a respectful, professional culture.
• Ensure interactions with customers deliver above-average service.
• Monitor store cleanliness and hygiene per laws and company standards.
