Responsibilities

• Achieves the store's sales plan and turnover targets.
• Manages administration and store audits with high accuracy.
• Controls expenses within the budget and manages petty cash.
• Conducts daily and weekly sales reviews with the team.
• Sets daily, weekly, and monthly staff targets and monitors progress.
• Cash-ups and banking are completed accurately and timely.
• Operates the POS system per company policy.
• Maintains visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Maintains stock control and store security.
