Job summary

TFG Limited in Durban is seeking a stores leader for Sterns LA Lucia Durban (On-site) to drive turnover, manage expenses, and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service. The role also focuses on stock control and merchandising standards.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage performance and ensure shrinkage compliance, while upholding brand and store procedures across the team.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
