Job summary

TFG Jewellery in Pretoria is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for ASJ Menlyn to lead a high-performing retail team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will drive turnover, control expenses, manage stock loss, recruit and develop staff, and ensure first-class customer service aligned with our merchandising standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers

Qualification s & Experience :

• A minimum of 3 years retail or admin experience
