Job summary

TFG (The Foschini Group) in South Africa seeks a store leader to drive turnover, manage expenses and shrinkage, and lead a team including recruitment, development, and performance management. You will execute in-store merchandising and standards to deliver excellent customer service and fulfil customer demands.

With 3+ years in retail and at least 1 year in store leadership, you will guide staff through performance management, leverage customer insights, and foster a results-driven sales culture

Qualifications

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
