Job summary

Jam Clothing is seeking a store manager to drive turnover and uphold world-class standards. You will lead a team, manage stock, recruit and develop staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires a strong leader with a track record in fashion retail and a high attention to detail.

As part of Jam Clothing, you will ensure store presentation meets brand standards and deliver on targets while coaching teams to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 2 years fashion retail management experience.
• Proven stock take accuracy and loss control.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Customer-focused with results-driven mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Experience in recruitment and staff development.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
