Qualificações

• 3–5 years' experience in a retail store management capacity.
• Budgeting knowledge and strong retail business understanding.
• Knowledge of sales and service management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the daily operations of your store to meet targets and customer service standards.
• Stock management: receive, unpack, merchandise, replenish and control stock on hand.
• Drive sales growth by analysing performance and implementing action plans.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee customer experience processes and maintain visual standards.
• Lead, train and develop the store team to achieve KPIs and strategy.
• Implement innovation initiatives from Head Office to improve processes.
