Job summary

Pump and Abrasion Technologies is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional in-store service and achieve key business objectives. You will oversee day-to-day operations, stock management, loss prevention, HR, and visual merchandising while maintaining integrity and strong product knowledge, including Curve Gear offerings.

You will lead a high-performing team, build lasting customer relationships, and relentlessly seek innovative ways to improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Matric Certificate and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Exhibits strong leadership, relationship-building, and customer orientation.
• Demonstrates Merchandising knowledge and Curve Gear product familiarity.
• Profound ability in decision-making, strategy, and change management.
