Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store, drive sales, and deliver world-class customer experiences. The GM will own in-store presentation, selling, and operations, delegating responsibilities while fostering product passion and fashion trends across the team.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach managers and associates, and ensure adherence to company goals and strategies, all while maintaining a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years retail experience required.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet all selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product confidence by creating accountability and expertise through use of basic and seasonal educational tools.
• Supports and executes all product, visual and marketing directives, and maintains standards set by the company.
• Maintains a clean, well-organized, replenished store and stockroom, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.
• Anticipates and determines customer needs and “solves for yes” in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
