Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Atlantis, Western Cape, seeks a warehouse/inventory controller to ensure raw material and pack material stock stays within required quantities. You will perform GRV and stock checks, place orders, and assist planning of weekly production based on stock availability.

The role requires Matric and a stores/supply chain background with SAP experience; forklift license is advantageous. You will maintain cycle counts, review stock levels, and support day-to-day requisitions.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Stores/Supply chain background required.
• Mathematical background preferred.
• Valid forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Doing GRV of goods received on SAP (PGT).
• Doing transfers on SAP (PGT).
• Doing stock counting.
• Checking stock levels- (review risk/block stock /short dated and report deviations).
• Place orders and call offs to vendors.
• Do follow up on deliveries.
• Assist with planning of the weekly production plan (stock availabilities).
• Doing a systematic filing system.
• Following up on placed orders.
• Maintain cycle counts on critical stock.
• Complete invoice queries (VIMs) if outstanding.
• Assist with checking of goods received of stock when offloading when needed.
• Assist with the day-to-day requisitions.
• Doing Gemba walk daily.
• Manage and maintain GMP according to AIB & FSSC requirements
• Maintain and improve FEFO to eliminate write offs
