Job summary

A luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands region seeks an organised and detail-oriented Stores Administrator to oversee stores and inventory, ensuring accurate stock records and efficient stock handling to support lodge operations.

Responsibilities include receiving and issuing stock, maintaining stock reports, regular stock counts, and assisting procurement and supplier deliveries. Live-in accommodation is provided, with gratuity schemes commencing post refurbishment.

Qualifications

• RSA ID and legal residence essential.
• Previous experience in stores, inventory control, or stock administration within the hospitality industry.
• Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with stock control systems advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Issue stock to departments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.

• Assist with procurement administration and supplier deliveries.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation.
