Staff Solutions Recruitment is seeking a Store Admin Controller in East London, SA. The role focuses on cash handling, banking procedures, and daily reconciliation, while overseeing filing, reporting, and stock data capture. You will support store operations and ensure policy compliance.

You will lead cash desk staff, manage attendance, and enforce disciplinary actions when needed, contributing to a smooth, secure retail environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• NQF 5 in Retail/Business Administration preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• 2–5 years in relevant sales/cashier environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure banking and cash-ups balance with banking procedures.
• Maintain cash control files and related reports.
• Oversee filing: Cash Control, Petty Cash, Stock Control, Personnel, Internal Requests.
• Supervise cash desk staff and enforce procedures.
• Prepare requisitions and stock replenishment orders.
• Ensure daily reporting and start-of-day reports.
• Authorize transactions at 5A level and manage breaks/shift changes.
• Monitor risk: shrinkage and security of back office and cash desk.
