Aufgaben

• Verify and reconcile stock movements with PO docs, transfers, invoices and write-offs.
• Cross-check system records against gate activity for goods received, dispatched, and returned.
• Correlate system stock with camera footage to confirm transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
• Document reconciliation findings and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and finance.
• Communicate stock adjustments and discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Generate reports of outbound movements based on camera footage.
