Job summary

Vine Recruitment is seeking a Stock Administrator to join our client between Stellenbosch and Brackenfell. You will ensure stock levels meet business needs, oversee purchases and pricing reports, and replenish stock as necessary while monitoring shipments and internal transfers within the business.

The role requires at least a Diploma in a related field (desirable) and a minimum of two years’ administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Shipping, Clearing and Freight Forwarding, Distribution and Logistics (Desirable).
• A minimum of 2-years’ administrative experience.
• Previous experience in administering stock (Advantageous). After hour availability is essential.
• Ability to identify the needs in the team and assist where needed.
• To have working knowledge of Google, Excel, and Word. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast learner in internal and external computer systems and processes.
• Ability to work with multiple key stakeholders both internal and external in a dynamic logistics environment.
