Placements24 seeks a Subject Matter Expert in STEM to review, validate, and help create curriculum content in Bloemfontein. You will work with the instructional design team to ensure accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical effectiveness for learners.

The role targets professionals or academics with 5+ years in STEM and strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, offering a hybrid work setup and the chance to shape critical STEM education materials.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a relevant STEM industry or academic research.
• Proven ability to explain complex STEM concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience in curriculum development or educational content creation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert review and validation of STEM-related educational content.
• Contribute to the development of new curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and explanatory content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and pedagogically sound.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing relevant resources and examples for STEM topics.
• Participate in content development meetings and provide expert insights.
