Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, or a relevant STEM discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a significant focus on STEM subjects.
• Demonstrated experience leading curriculum development projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical theories, instructional design principles, and assessment strategies.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience in teacher training and professional development delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid environment based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
• A proven track record of innovation in STEM education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive STEM curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards and industry demands.
