Qualifications

Master's degree in Education, STEM Field, or Curriculum Development.
PhD is a significant advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a focus on STEM.
Experience leading educational projects or teams.
Expertise in instructional design principles and learning theories.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning environments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and revision of STEM curricula across various grade levels.
Conduct thorough research on best practices and emerging trends in STEM education.
Oversee the creation of learning materials, lesson plans, assessments, and digital resources.
Manage and mentor a team of curriculum specialists, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
Develop frameworks for curriculum implementation and teacher training.
Evaluate the impact and efficacy of implemented curricula, making data-driven adjustments.
Ensure alignment of curricula with national and international educational standards.
Present curriculum proposals and progress reports to senior management and relevant committees.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the curriculum development team.
