Placements24 is seeking an experienced Fitness and Wellness Coach for a premier facility in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will assess clients, craft personalized training plans, and provide holistic wellness guidance to help clients reach health goals.

The role emphasizes exercise technique, nutrition advice, and ongoing motivation in a supportive, client-focused environment. A recognized certification and CPR/First Aid are required, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE/NASM/ACSM) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer or Wellness Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology and nutrition.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and health evaluations for new and existing clients.
• Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on goals and capabilities.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Offer nutritional counseling and develop meal plans to complement objectives.
• Educate clients on lifestyle choices promoting health and wellbeing.
• Monitor progress, adjust programs, and provide motivation and support.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress toward goals.
• Stay current with fitness trends, research, and best practices.
