Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a senior AI/ML Engineer to design, prototype, and deploy next-gen analytic engines and AI services. You will scale and operationalise models, build AI agents and GenAI solutions on Databricks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value at scale.

The role emphasizes production-ready ML pipelines, containerised deployments, and ongoing optimization for performance and cost in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI/GenAI and ML engineering; operationalise models.
• Experience building AI platforms, APIs and microservices.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with API development experience.
• hands-on with Databricks, MLflow, Model Serving, and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Productionise, deploy and monitor ML models and data pipelines on Databricks.
• Build and support AI Agents, GenAI apps, and RAG solutions on Databricks.
• Develop reusable ML pipelines following MLOps practices (CI/CD, tests, monitoring).
• Deploy and manage AI/ML solutions on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Design APIs/microservices on AKS to expose AI capabilities to apps.
• Implement containerised solutions with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Monitor performance, drift, reliability, and health in production.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionise prototypes for business use cases.
• Partner with security, cloud, and infra teams for enterprise standards.
