You will coordinate maintenance schedules, manage facility staff, oversee event setups, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while driving continuous improvements in facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sports facility management or operations.
• Strong budget management, staff supervision, and vendor relations experience.
• Solid knowledge of building maintenance, safety protocols, and event logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards for athletes, staff, and visitors.
