Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lubrication schedules for all industrial machinery according to manufacturer recommendations and site-specific needs.
• Apply specialized lubricants using appropriate methods and equipment, such as grease guns, oil cans, and automated lubrication systems.
• Monitor lubricant levels, quality, and contamination in equipment, performing top-offs or replacements as needed.
• Perform routine inspections of lubrication points to detect signs of wear, damage, or improper application.
• Clean and maintain lubrication equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all lubrication activities, including lubricants used, quantities, dates, and equipment serviced.
• Troubleshoot lubrication-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all lubricant products to maintain their integrity.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance engineers and technicians to identify and address equipment lubrication needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Industrial Lubrication Technician or in a similar maintenance role with a focus on lubrication.
• Solid understanding of industrial lubrication principles, lubricant types, and their applications.
• Proficiency in using various lubrication application tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and lubrication charts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial machinery.
