About the Role

Our client, a prominent food processing facility in Vereeniging, Gauteng , is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Specialized Cleaning Technician. This role is crucial for maintaining the stringent hygiene and safety standards required in the food production industry. You will be responsible for the deep cleaning and sanitization of processing equipment, production areas, and ancillary facilities, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures specific to food environments, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning and sanitization of food processing machinery, production lines, and work surfaces according to established protocols.
• Clean and maintain hygiene in all designated areas, including floors, walls, ceilings, and ventilation systems.

Requirements

• Ability to operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment.
