Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning and disinfection of pharmaceutical manufacturing areas, including cleanrooms, laboratories, and production equipment.
• Follow strict protocols for cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing surfaces, tools, and machinery.
• Utilize specialized cleaning agents and equipment, ensuring correct application and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of high-traffic areas and critical zones to prevent cross-contamination.
• Conduct regular environmental monitoring and surface sampling as per established procedures.
• Document all cleaning activities, including chemicals used, dates, times, and personnel involved.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, sterile solutions, and consumables for cleanroom environments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant GMP, regulatory, and safety guidelines.
• Respond to and rectify any deviations or non-compliance issues in cleaning standards immediately.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in controlled environments, such as cleanrooms (e.g., ISO Class 5-8).

• Proficiency in using specialized cleaning equipment and disinfectants relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to meticulously follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
