This role requires expertise in advanced cleaning techniques, including disinfection, sanitization, and decontamination of various environments, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Perform specialized cleaning, disinfection, and decontamination services in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment, such as foggers, UV lights, electrostatic sprayers, and industrial‑grade cleaning machinery.
• Handle and apply cleaning chemicals and disinfectants safely and effectively, following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct pre- and post‑cleaning assessments to ensure all objectives are met and standards are achieved.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed, materials used, and any encountered issues.
• Collaborate with clients and site supervisors to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cleaning technician, with a focus on specialized cleaning, disinfection, or decontamination.

• Thorough understanding of cleaning chemicals, their properties, and safe handling procedures.
• Knowledge of infection control principles and health & safety regulations in South Africa .

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
