Purpose of Job

Strategic Value Delivery (SVD) delivery relies on robust reporting, analytical models, tracking systems, and decision-support tools to enable effective management insight and decision-making. This role is a key enabler of these capabilities, providing the design, development, and maintenance of models, decision support capabilities and strategic tracking and reporting systems for SVD, the broader Strategy and Sustainability team and other Business Building, Strategy and Technology (BBST) teams. Provides portfolio analytics, strategic insights and decision-support capabilities that enable effective strategic planning, portfolio prioritisation, resource allocation and performance management across Strategy & Sustainability and BBST. Supports strategic initiative roadmap development and status tracking and plays a key role in consolidating business reporting and portfolio assessment. Drives innovation for digitisation within the Strategic Value Delivery and broader Strategy and Sustainability team. Provides analytical support and opportunity assessment for programmes managed by SVD.

Key Accountabilities

Portfolio Reporting, Tracking & Digitalisation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and serve as the primary interface with the digitisation team to drive reporting, tracking and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of strategic initiative roadmap tracking dashboards, KPIs and performance management tools, leveraging enterprise systems and data visualisation platforms (e.g. Azure, Power BI) to provide portfolio visibility, performance insights and decision support.
  • Lead the process of coordinating, collating and compiling relevant data for the strategic initiatives and their roadmaps and proof points as input into corporate reporting – develop appropriate methods and processes to ensure auditable inputs and results verification.


Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

  • Facilitate discussions/workshops with stakeholders across the impacted universe to gather inputs, align requirements and support the development, rollout and adoption of portfolio reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Be the subject matter expert for portfolio reporting and dashboard tools, providing guidance, training and user support across the organisation, while establishing appropriate processes and controls to ensure auditable inputs, data integrity and results verification.


Portfolio Analytics and Decision Support

  • Develop and maintain analytical models, forecasting tools and decision-support capabilities to support strategic planning, portfolio prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio optimisation and business decision-making. Generate portfolio insights through data analysis, scenario assessment and performance evaluation to support leadership decision-making and delivery of strategic objectives.


Portfolio Assessment & Governance

  • Support the Strategic Value Delivery team with portfolio assessment, portfolio management and governance processes
  • Support development of business and governance processes to enable delivery of the strategic ambition, roadmaps and targets.


Portfolio Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Produce and maintain key portfolio documents, reports and governance artefacts, ensuring high-quality communication of portfolio performance, insights and decisions.
  • Apply and promote document management and control best practices across Strategic Value Delivery,
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen reporting, analytical and portfolio management capabilities.
