Boardroom Appointments seeks an Specialist Analyst Developer to lead OpenText Extended ECM upgrades and configurations in a Cape Town environment. The role involves coordinating with DBAs and VM hosting/backup teams for upgrade readiness and rollback planning, deploying TLS certificates, and validating platform settings after upgrades.

The position also requires delivering updated integration components to Oracle EBS and performing routine BAU health checks to ensure system reliability.

• Responsible for technical upgrades of the OpenText Extended ECM Platform, including upgrade and/or configuration of related and supporting components such as IIS, Apache Tomcat, Java Runtime, and/or JDK.
• Responsible for Liaised with Database Administrator and VM hosting/backup team to ensure that all relevant images are in place for the update/upgrade and for the possible roll-back of the OpenText environment in the event of issues.
• Responsible for deployment of TLS certificates and public keys into the relevant stores/vaults.
• Responsible for configuration and validation of Extended ECM platform-level settings following the upgrade/update.
• Provide new/updated integration components to the Oracle EBS Administrator for deployment into EBS.
• Execute regular system health checks in support of regular business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
