The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Special Needs Education, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with families and specialists to support student growth. Registration with SACE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Needs Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching students with diverse special needs.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and developmental disorders.
• Excellent classroom management and behavior support skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with parents and therapists.
• Registration with SACE is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with special needs.
• Deliver differentiated instruction using specialized strategies and resources.
• Create inclusive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.
