Qualifications

South African citizenship or valid SA work permit
Based in greater Cape Town with reliable transport
Diploma with international accreditation (ITEC/SAAHSP/CIDESCO)
Experience in spa reception dealing with high-profile guests

Responsibilities

Manage spa reception and bookings for guests
Assist therapists during treatments when required
Maintain client records and appointment scheduling
Operate spa booking systems and MS Office tools
