Hospitality and Outdoor is seeking an experienced Spa Manager for a luxury game lodge in Limpopo. You will lead day-to-day spa operations, drive revenue, oversee treatments, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a nationally recognised Somatology/Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification, 5+ years in spa/wellness, and 2+ years of management; experience in luxury hospitality is preferred. Housing and meals are provided as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day spa operations and guest experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the spa while ensuring outstanding treatment standards, team performance, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage spa operations, drive treatment and retail sales, oversee stock control, maintain operational standards, and support the development of a high-performing team. Job Requirements

• Nationally recognised qualification in Somatology, Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the spa or wellness industry.

• Experience within a luxury hotel, lodge, resort, or destination spa preferred.
• Proven experience managing teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Experience with stock control, ordering, and spa booking systems.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
