Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, Industrial Eng)
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or PMP certification is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain optimization projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures for cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and analyze supply chain inefficiencies; propose and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, warehousing, sales) and external partners.
• Oversee implementation of new supply chain technologies, systems, or processes.
• Monitor progress with KPIs; report outcomes to senior management.
• Manage risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate change management to ensure adoption of optimized processes.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement goals.
