Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
• At least 2 years’ hands on experience in inventory management and customer service.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Broad knowledge of the Sun King products.
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong customer focus.
• Team player with high levels of flexibility.
• Proven report-writing experience.
• Computer literate with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receive stock, FIFO, counts, logs, and spare parts inventory.
• Prepare daily on-hand stock reports and daily issued stock for replacement.
• Repair and spare parts management; custody of tools; basic checks on faulty units; warranty checks.
• Store management: keep center tidy, arrange per SKU, ensure safety, assist customers, verify warranty eligibility.
