Qualifications

• Experience in community development, social work, or related field.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and build rapport.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire community participation.
• Familiarity with Soweto context and challenges is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage actively with community members in Soweto to understand needs and aspirations.
• Facilitate community meetings to identify priorities and foster collective action.
• Mobilise participation in projects, programs, and events for local development.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and residents.
