Job summary

Together Staffing group is recruiting for a Sorting Room Manager to oversee the sorting operations in our client’s Johannesburg facility. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate workflows and ensure quality and timeliness of parcels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in courier/logistics, strong WMS skills, and a proven track record of supervising teams through day and night shifts, delivering safe, efficient operations.

• 3-5+ years in warehouse or courier settings with sorting exposure.

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate.
• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (advantageous).
• 3-5+ years' experience in a courier, express logistics, or warehouse environment, with exposure to sorting operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong computer and WMS/system skills, with willingness to work day and night shifts.
