Job summary

Pedros Chicken is hiring a kitchen prepper to read orders, maintain speed of service and ensure food safety. You will follow the SOP, uphold BOH hygiene, keep orders accurate and manage stock according to SOP.

Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of kitchen prep experience, strong numeracy and literacy skills, and hold a Senior Certificate (preferred National Senior Certificate).

• Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills
• 6 months to 1 year experience as a kitchen prepper

Responsibilities

• Read orders correctly.
• Maintain speed of service.

• Maintain BOH hygiene and cleanliness per SOP.
• Ensure accuracy of prepared orders.
• Manage BOH stock according to SOP.
