The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the overall application systems design, ensuring alignment with Banks business strategy. This role requires a strong Java backend development background and expertise in solution architecture to balance requirements against resource utilization and architectural considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive application systems architectures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, considering resource utilization and architectural best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Java backend development.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Banks technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver robust and effective solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Contribute to the definition and enforcement of architectural standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role.
• Advanced proficiency in Java development, with deep understanding of J2EE and/or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles and patterns.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise-level applications.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
