Job summary

CV (Christian Vision) seeks a skilled Solution Delivery Manager to guide digital initiatives from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational needs. You will translate business requirements into practical solutions and coordinate cross-functional delivery activities in a Cape Town-based, on-site role.

You will collaborate across teams, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption while managing risks and ensuring security and compliance throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, project management, or digital delivery roles.
• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate user requirements into clear documentation (e.g. specs, user stories, process maps).
• Experience with delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile); certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, CMS) and their role in supporting workflows is desired.
• Experience working with vendors on platform evaluation, delivery, and support is essential.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, creative, and strategicSolution Delivery Manager who shares our passion for evangelism and wants to join our dynamic team inCape Town, South Africa. This role is responsible for guiding digital initiatives from discovery through to delivery — ensuring that core applications and solutions are designed and implemented in alignment with organisational needs. You will collaborate across functions to translate business requirements into practical solutions and coordinate cross-functional delivery activity.

Your objectives will include enhancing the usability and impact of CV’s technical capabilities, supporting effective project execution, and helping teams adopt technology that accelerates mission delivery. This role contributes directly to the Technology function’s goal of enabling scalable, secure, and integrated digital capabilities that power CV’s global impact.

Specific Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand user requirements, map current and future workflows, and identify opportunities for automation, integration, and improvement.
• Translate business requirements into structured documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to guide delivery teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to scope initiatives, plan timelines, and coordinate delivery resources across departments.
• Oversee project execution from planning to rollout, managing risks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback loops to validate solutions and ensure readiness for implementation.
• Collaborate with support and enablement teams to prepare training resources, manage change impacts, and promote adoption across user groups.
• Monitor the adoption, impact, and effectiveness of delivered solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend enhancements based on user feedback, operational data, and changing functional requirements.
• Ensure security, data governance, and compliance principles are embedded into solution design and delivery, supporting accountability, auditability, and alignment with internal policies and external standards.

As part of a global organisation, you will be required to collaborate across time zones, which may involve out-of-hours availability.
