Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Solar PV Installation Manager for projects in and around Paarl, Western Cape. You will lead on-site teams, oversee planning, execution, and completion of residential and commercial solar installations, and ensure high safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and wiring, plus the ability to drive schedules and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or certification in electrical installation or solar PV systems.
• Minimum of 4 years of solar PV installation experience, with at least 2 years in supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and wiring.
• Understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (OHS Act).
• Proven leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
