Job summary

Executech Search and Selection is seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering to lead a high-performing Solar PV engineering function within the Commercial & Industrial sector in Randburg. You will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle and own engineering excellence on projects from 500kW to 20MW.

You will mentor engineers, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive design reviews and sign-offs, leveraging SSEG experience and a mature leadership presence to deliver

Qualifications

Minimum 5–10 years' Solar PV experience in the C&I market.
PrEng registration or working towards registration.
Proven leadership of engineering teams.
Experience across full project lifecycle, design reviews and technical sign-off.
Strong stakeholder and client engagement skills.
SSEG application/certification experience advantageous.
Mature leadership presence with high EQ and sound commercial judgement.

Responsibilities
