Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all preventative and corrective maintenance activities for solar panels, inverters, and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards.
• Supervise and guide the on-site technical and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational improvement strategies to enhance energy yield and reduce operational costs.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including utility providers, regulatory bodies, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy) or a related technical field.
