Job summary

Network Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Solar Draftsman to support the design and development of commercial and utility-scale solar projects. You will produce detailed solar PV layouts and electrical drawings, and work with engineers to ensure accurate project delivery.

The role requires 2-5 years of drafting experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and knowledge of SLDs and as-built drawings within the solar PV sector.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' drafting experience.
• Solar PV industry experience highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Experience preparing SLDs and as-built drawings.
• Understanding of electrical and solar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed solar PV layouts, electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and construction documentation.
