Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related agricultural science.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in agronomy, with a strong focus on soil health and crop nutrition.
• Proven experience in conducting and interpreting soil tests and developing management plans.
• Familiarity with various soil types and agricultural systems relevant to the North West region.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex scientific data into practical advice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with farmers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive soil testing and analysis to assess nutrient levels, pH, texture, and structure.
