Job summary

Placements24 in Port Elizabeth seeks a dedicated Social Worker to support vulnerable populations. You will assess needs, provide counselling, and connect clients with housing, healthcare, and employment resources to improve wellbeing.

You will advocate for clients within the community, coordinate with agencies, maintain confidential records, and contribute to case management with a client-centered approach. SACSSP registration and a degree in Social Work are required.
