What You’ll Command
  • Build and nurture communities across social platforms and instant messaging channels, where code sharing and conversation drive acquisition and loyalty.
  • Plan and execute real-time, locally relevant content around the biggest games, before, during, and after the action.
  • Spark dialogue, keep fans engaged, and turn comments into culture.
  • Develop and manage social campaigns that do more than “get likes” they build communities that convert.
  • Collaborate with teams and influencers to expand reach, boost sentiment, and amplify brand presence.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms and alternative channels, if the audience is there, you’ll find them.
  • Analyse performance and extract insights that sharpen strategies and elevate impact.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of social media community management and growth experience.
  • Non-negotiable: deep sports knowledge, especially football, global and local.
  • Proven track record in building, scaling, and sustaining social communities.
  • Mastery of major platforms, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and curiosity for what’s next.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Firefly) and a working command of AI tools for content creation and prompt engineering.
  • Commercially sharp with a creative streak, blending strategy and hustle seamlessly.
  • Strong project management, interpersonal skills, and an instinct for timing that turns engagement into momentum.
