About the Role

This role involves assessing, developing, and measuring the effectiveness of programs designed to create positive social change. You will work closely with various departments and external partners to identify opportunities for impact, design interventions, and track key performance indicators. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of social issues, and a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, making a significant contribution to the community and the organization's social responsibility goals within Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to identify key social issues and opportunities for intervention.
• Develop strategies and frameworks for maximizing the social impact of organizational initiatives.
• Design and implement M&E systems to track program performance and measure outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure social impact considerations are integrated into project design and execution.
• Prepare reports and presentations on social impact performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in social impact measurement and management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social impact assessment, strategy development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with various social impact frameworks and M&E methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, suitable for a hybrid environment.
• Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into actionable plans.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
