Placements24 is seeking a passionate Social Impact Specialist to measure, evaluate, and report the impact of charitable programs in Port Elizabeth. You will develop metrics, collect data, and translate findings into insights for program improvement and stakeholder communication.

You will collaborate with program teams to integrate impact measurement into design and implementation, stay updated on best practices, and contribute to accountability across Eastern Cape community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) or program evaluation.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Experience with qualitative data collection methods.
• Degree in social sciences, public policy, international development, or related field.

In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, evaluating, and reporting on the impact of the organization's charitable programs. You will work closely with program teams to develop effective metrics, collect data, and translate findings into actionable insights that drive program improvement and demonstrate value to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), social impact assessment, or program evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience in qualitative data collection and analysis methods.
• A degree in social sciences, public policy, international development, or a related field.
