Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Development Economics, Sociology, or Data Analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in social impact assessment or program evaluation.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Paarl community and its developmental context is advantageous.
