Placements24 is seeking a Social Impact Program Manager to lead community-focused initiatives in Tembisa, Gauteng. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong project oversight, and a deep commitment to empowering local residents.

You will collaborate with community stakeholders, beneficiaries, and partner organizations to ensure programs are effective, culturally relevant, and sustainable, while delivering measurable outcomes for the community.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in program management, preferably in non-profit or social development in South Africa.
• Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating social impact programs.
• Strong understanding of community development and poverty alleviation in Tembisa/SA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of social impact programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify new program opportunities.
• Build partnerships with community leaders, local government, NGOs, and stakeholders.
• Oversee monitoring and evaluation; ensure data informs improvements.
• Develop and submit regular program reports to senior management and funders.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor program staff and volunteers; foster collaboration and performance.
• Advocate for community needs and represent the organization in relevant forums.
