Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar security monitoring role.
• Proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and other security tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and other security tools for potential threats.
• Investigate and analyze security incidents, determining the scope and impact of breaches.
• Perform threat hunting activities to proactively identify and neutralize advanced threats.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of SOC playbooks and incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with other security teams to share threat intelligence and enhance overall security posture.
• Document incident details, actions taken, and provide post-incident reports.
